Returns Policy




“We”or“us” refers to DropInn, brand trading under DropInn Fitness Ltd.


“You”or“your” refers to the purchaser of DropInn Products.


1. General information

1.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within seven days of receipt and in saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. 

1.2 Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from, if you have purchased from a third party or retail partner then they must arrange your return or exchange.

1.3 If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition. 'As new' condition refers to the product being unwashed, unworn and neutral scented.

1.4 When returning items to us, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

1.5 Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.

2. Exchanges

2.1 If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase see part 4). "returning your purchase". 

Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Faults

3.1 We are committed to the sale of high-quality products and do endeavour to ensure the products we sell meet these standards. However, occasionally faults occur in the manufacturing process of our products and these can sometimes go undetected. If you think your product is faulty as a result of a manufacturing error please contact us. Products that become damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.

3.2 Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.


4. Returning your purchase

4.1 Please send your garment, unused in its original packaging, along with a note detailing your name, order number and return/refund requirements to the following address:

Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. We are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit.  All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
